The result is a repaired wheel or rim that isn’t compromised in any way.

OTR wheel assemblies of the highest quality

All of our refurbished wheel assemblies and rims are subject to post-welding MPI inspection, UT inspection or x-ray to ensure 100% compliance with AS1554.5.

We offer in-house MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) testing to AS1171, carried out by trained and experienced personnel, and supervised by professionals qualified to AS3998-2006 / ISO9712:2005 and certified by the Australian Institute for Non Destructive Testing (AINDT).

We guarantee our refurbished wheel assemblies against defects and faulty workmanship for 12 months or 5,000 hours from date of purchase. 

Refurbished to all relevant Australian standards

All of our refurbished wheel assemblies and workmanship meet the following Australian standards:

  • AS4457-20077. Earthmoving machinery/off the road (OTR) wheels, rims and tyres – maintenance and repair.
  • AS1171. Non destructive testing – magnetic particle testing or ferromagnetic products components and structures.
  • AS1554.1. Welding of steel structures.
  • AS1554.5. Welding of steel structures subject to high levels of fatigue loading.
  • AS1627.4. Abrasive cleaning of steel.
  • AS/NZS 4360 & 4801. WorkSafe WA Plan Performance Standards.
