About our OTR wheels and rims
At Acme, we supply a comprehensive range of OTR (off the road) wheels, rims and components to clients – both new and refurbished off the road wheels and rims for all brands of rubber-tyre earthmoving machinery, all the way up to 63”.
100% interchangeable OTR wheels
Our manufactured wheels, rims and repair sections are 100% interchangeable with all original equipment and aftermarket wheels and rims.
We use bead seat bands, gutter sections and back sections manufactured from the highest quality ring-rolled material to ensure our OTR wheels and rims are concentric to tolerances < 1.0mm. This eliminates the join or ‘butt weld’ commonly found in other manufacturers’ products.
New off the road wheels and rims – 39” to 63”
Our new off the road wheels and rims are manufactured to ensure 100% alignment of sections to tolerances <0.25mm – that’s four times more accurate than the maximum allowable misalignment specified in AS1554.5.
They’re assembled and welded in our local WA facility, manufactured in accordance with AS1554.5, thereby exceeding the weld quality of most original OTR wheels and rims.
Our OTR warranty
All new off the road wheels, rims and repairs are subject to post-welding MPI inspection, UT inspection or x-ray to ensure 100% compliance with AS1554.5. That’s why we’re so comfortable guaranteeing our OTR products are free from defects and faulty workmanship for 12 months or 5,000 hours from date of purchase.
